Sustainability is at the heart of Jardine Restaurant Group (JRG). Our sustainability strategy is built on three pillars: leading climate action, driving responsible consumption, and shaping social inclusion.
Leading climate action
We are committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 and taking bold climate action with validated near-term targets from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). As a sector-first across our operating markets, we pledge to cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 54.6%, Scope 3 emissions by 32.5%, and forestry, land use, and agriculture-related Scope 3 emissions by 39% by 2033, using 2023 as the baseline.
JRG will continue to advance its decarbonisation journey, ensuring sustained progress toward our science-based targets.




Driving responsible consumption
Through responsible procurement, sustainable menu design, and waste management initiatives, we aim to make the best use of the resources in our day-to-day operations.




Shaping social inclusion
We foster workplaces diversity and strengthen connections with communities through structured volunteering initiatives, partnerships and advocacy. Our commitment to social inclusion reflects our belief in a creating more equitable world.
